Microsoft Response Point

PBX Systems

D-Link RP BaseInfoArch now supports and sells Microsoft Response Point from Aastra, D-Link, and SyspinSyspine A50 DOSe! The new Response Point System is innovative phone system software designed specifically to fulfill the needs of small businesses with up to 50 employees. The Response Point button on the IP Phones gives you a brand new dialing experience using the breakthrough function of Voice Recognition.

Voice Recognition is one of Microsoft Response Point's most exciting features. Using advanced, state-of-the-art technology, Response Point phone systems can accurately recognize most spoken words thus providing an easier way to place phone calls. Simply pick up your handset, press the IP phone Response Point button and say the recipient’s name to call. The system will retrieve the relevant phone number from the company directory or your Microsoft Outlook address book, and dial the recipient for you. You no longer need to memorize a list of phone numbers, waste time finding a phone number in ySysping IP 310 Greyour address book, orD-Link RP Phone risk losing important contact numbers.

Response Point is easy to install, manage, and maintain. Compared to the days or weeks required for conventional phone system installation, Response Point Systems require only a short amount of time in some cases as little as a few hours to get the phone system up and ready to go. Response Point is also portable - businesses that need to relocate offices can easily take the phone system along.

Each system comes with the ability to connect up to 4 standard telephone lines. More lines can be added by adding additional gateway components asAastra 6757i RP Phone needed. With the recent release of Microsoft’s SP1 for Response Point, your system now has the added ability to use Internet Telephony Service Providers to further reduce your telephony costs.

Experience that Counts

How do you separate the hype from the reality? While it may be true that using Voice over IP can provide clients with enormous savings on their telecommunications costs, without adequate experience and knowledge during the selection process or from your installation team, a poor VoIP implementation can virtually negate the financial advantages that Voice over IP can offer. We can assist you by simply qualifying your network for a VoIP
implementation, provide you with consultative services to aid you in the selection of your Internet Telephony
Service Provider or design and install a complete, end to end, InfoArch Response Point
solution customized to meet the specific needs of your company. From initial network design through final installation and user training InfoArch has the hands-on experience with VoIP required to guide your company through a successful
implementation.
